Mark Hennessey
Vice President, Construction– Cincinnati & Columbus
As Vice President of Duke Realty’s Construction operations in Cincinnati and Columbus, Mark has overall responsibility for project management and engineering functions (Shell and Tenant Finish). On a day-to-day basis, he supervises a project management and field supervision staff that is responsible for design-build and fast-track design/construction coordination, value engineering/constructability review, negotiation and administration of contracts, scheduling, and overall performance.
Mark joined Duke Realty in 1997 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Contract Manager in April 1999. He was named Vice President, Construction in Cincinnati in 2004 and was named Vice President, Construction for Columbus in 2008
